Where forces are at work, connections are always of crucial importance. To compensate for this, the right type of connection is crucial. The strongest connections are achieved by opening and joining the materials to be joined. This is done by adding very high temperatures. Special techniques now allow this to be done even with very thin material thicknesses (spot welding process). We weld all parts that are subject to permanent stress from tension or pressure during operation, e.g. contact wires and masts. Soldering technology (with soft solder) is used where you have to do the assembly yourself. Easy to use, it allows two metals to be permanently joined with comparatively little heat and good resilience. Corrections are also easy to make. You can get a perfect solder joint using our soldering oil #082. With both connection techniques in combination with the components we prefabricate, you can achieve enormous stability.
